My goals are: lose weight in the long run. But I\’d like to start out with my first 5 K and see how that goes and go from there
My favorite sports include: yoga pilates walking hiking
My other favorite activities include: Tae Bo.
I\’m just working towards a better, healthier new me. I want my kids to see how strong a woman can be and set a positive example.
