Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community

I’m a woman from maryville Mo USA, born in 1974.

My favorite sports include: yoga pilates walking hiking

My goals are: lose weight in the long run. But I’d like to start out with my first 5 K and see how that goes and go from there

My other favorite activities include: Tae Bo.

I’m just working towards a better, healthier new me. I want my kids to see how strong a woman can be and set a positive example.

This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress.
